check to make sure your spam filter is not blocking them, I don’t know how to do that though, sorry

I would remove anything that is blocking email from coming in.
If you have a spam blocker or something like that turn it off for a while.
Later, after you get the mail you want you should try to adjust your email settings.
Or try a different email program.
A good simple one for checking email that’s free is Eprompter. Try that. It will get all your email and let you know when you have mail too.
