I want to publish my new website and needed a host.The host requires some fee(~$4-6) to be paid online using visa/master card.However as I am in Africa and no such service .

Yes, you can buy a Visa/Mastercard maybe online? You can even pick the amount you need to put on it, let me see here, found this site http://www.giftcards.com/ you can also sign up for paypal, they take your bank information and you can transfer funds to them online, and then that money goes to your hosting site, it’s alot easier than the credit card thing. Most hosting sites to take paypal.

Does the host accept paypal? You can add your bank account to your paypal account and pay by echeck.

Some banks allow you to prepurchase a Visa card. You pay the money upfront and they send you a card that works as a Visa anywhere.
Otherwise, contact the host provider. They must have a way of payment other than credit card. Maybe Pay Pal?
