If you registered with GoDaddy, did you obtain a hosting account with them or are you hosted with another organization? I recommend hosting with GoDaddy, 100% uptime, exceptional customer service.
You do not need MS Publisher as there are many web page creator software programs out there. You can even use a Notepad or Word processing program to create webpages with.
Depending on your web creator, you just need to select File > Publish and use your log-in information to publish or use a FTP program.
GoDaddy.com has a fairly good resource library for help and assistance.

now you have to ask for space on their server, with whom you have registered your domain name. for that you will have to pay. if your website uses database you will also have to ask them for the database, for that also you will have to pay. then you can upload your pages on the site. for that you can use any free ftp software. put your website name and your ftp password. then upload your pages. ftp softwares are cute ftp etc.

First off, you don’t need MS publisher.
If GoDaddy is hosting your site (in addition to being the registrar), then you simply have to upload your file. I would recommend using their support or help in order to get you started.
If you are going with another host, you will need to upload your file(s) to their server and then you will need to point the domain. This is done by logging in to your GoDaddy account, going to the domain manager, and setting things up properly. Again, use their help and support to walk you through it.
If you are still looking for a really good host a would start here:http://www.buildmybusinessonline.com/bui…

    Cool…you have the domain now….
    1. If you have got space along with your domain, get control panel username & password. (Control panel may be HSphere Or CPANEL)…
    2. Login to your control panel….select “File Manager”…..You can manage your files (upload, download, copy, move etc…)
    3. You can even create FTP username & password from your control panel….
    4. Remember to place your HTML files in public_html folder (this may differ from control panel )…..
