I Need An Inexpensive Way To Create An Attractive Web Page That’ll Easily Load To A Godaddy.com Hosted Domain.?

I don’t want a pre-fixed template. I need at least some flexibility. But I’ve used Microsoft Publisher 2007, and the page won’t load. To ask Microsoft a question about it will cost me over $250, which is ridiculous. I’m creating a webpage that will need e-commerce, and less than 10 pages of info, I think. I’m new to this. Help!

Have you tried using Wordpress? Yes, there are pre-formattted templates but there is such a large User community, there are so many to choose from. Plus, you can customize any of them relatively easilly, there are so many “one click” plugins to choose from, and since there is such a large user community you will have access to all of the help you need. Something like this would be the best option in terms of saving you time and doing this on the cheap.
If you already have a template you want to use, I would suggest hiring an independent web developer to debug/help you get going. Check craigslist – they’re all over the place. I have experience with the microsoft ecommerce tool should you need help with it.

Normally I would suggest starting at http://opera.com/wsc/ and learning the basics.
However – you want to do e-commerce. This will involve dealing with taking payments over the Internet and handling information that needs to be kept confidential.
Given your apparent skill level at present, and assuming you don’t want to spend a year or so learning the business of web development – I very strongly suggest that you hire a professional with expensive in setting up e-commerce sites from scratch.
This won’t be inexpensive, but will be a lot cheaper then the consequences of breaking data protection laws.

if you want something that is completely flexible, and easy to design and transfer to the web, I suggest starting from scratch. You should learn the basics of HTML and CSS first. Then you should create your template for all of your pages. Im not sure what you mean by e-commerce, but I can help you create all of this

Microsoft FrontPage is the best software to use (latest version is called Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2007), but it is expensive, if you want a free HTML editor, try EvrSoft 1stPage 2000, you can download it for free from http://www.evrsoft.com/, however I still maintain that Microsoft FrontPage is better.
Evrsoft 1stpage is more code based, Microsoft FrontPage is much easier and doesn’t require any HTML coding knowledge.
