I have left a link for a great host below. I will try to keep things simple.
The web host will provide everything you need, domain, email, free applications, emails, autoresponder, newsletter center etc.
Anything you can think of this host can do. I know because i started out just like you only a few months ago.
Another important thing that some of the hosts overlook is support.

You won’t want a standard shared host. You’re looking at getting a dedicated server. Check out theplanet.com. Great servers, staff, reasonable pricing. If you go with normal shared hosting, your site is going to be shut down a lot for going over CPU/disk/memory usage.
