    I recommend Dreamhost http://www.dreamhost.com/hosting.html
I host over 20 sites with them (on a single account) and they’re fantastic!
Although they are initially more expensive than Hostgator or Bluehost ($9.95/month ($119.40/year)), you can use the promo code PLUS and get the $50 discount + 2 Free domain names. This way you can get them even cheaper than Hostgator and Bluehost plus you can start building two sites right away.
    Disk space: Unlimited
    Bandwidth: Unlimited
    2 Free domain names
    Unlimited domains and subdomains
    Price: $5.78/month ($69.40/year)

As an experienced webmaster I recommend BlueHost service which I’m sure it would work for you and fulfill all your requirements. They have a really great offer for hosting & I have used them for over 3 yrs now, and have never had a single problem with them.
They offer a Full-featured service only $6.95 a month. You can see their Plan Details accompanied with reliable reviews regarding their service at:http://bluehost-service.atspace.com

They also offer “Free Site Builder” that helps you build your web pages without difficulty if you are not skilled in using any website creating program. (WYSIWYG: What You See Is What You Get)

I’d suggest GoDaddy over those too, HostGator is nowhere near at the level of professionalism that other hosts offer, and BlueHost isn’t exactly stable from what I’ve heard (financially wise).
