on godaddy.com and
1) it asks me if i want it certified for 2.99 a years or if i want it uncertified? Its not a business site, so i dont know if i need it or not/…
which should i choose?
2)Im probably going to get the Deluxe plan, and it offers unlimited web sites..
—-does that mean i can make clickable links within my website that opens up other pages, or that i can get more domain names?

1. No need for certification if it is a personal site (NOT an e-commerce)
2. “offers unlimited websites” ? Does not exist!
EACH domain you have must have its OWN server.
Each domain can have as many pages as it needs (limited by the STORAGE capacity – ie 500Mb)
Some servers allow for several “sub-domains”, but this is not your concern at this time.
3. You can buy as many domain names as you want, but you will STILL have to get a server for each one.
You can place links in one of your domains to go to another of your domains.
4. I would avoid GoDaddy like the plague: they are too big and do not care for little fish like you. You will never get the help you will need. Go for a small host with not too many clients. May be a few quids more, but worth it!
same here…godaddy user also.
1. just choose Uncertified, (since its not for business)
2. You can have more website names. But if its only for personal use, Deluxe is impractical. (just an idea)
hope this helps.
No need to buy certificate , you may also want to check review of top ten web hosts at website like http://aplis.net/ .
