    Hosting it on your own site, and getting a free domain name is the cheapest way – unless you can get someone to pay YOU. It’s free (so is all the software to do it). Go to http://webdingers.endoftheinternet.org/ click on Articles and look at the Webmasters articles. There’s one on running your own site for free.

    The Free ones don’t have to be awful, if you know where to look :D
