Does it work well? I don’t want to pay $30 a year if it is not effective for getting people to come to my site. I would like to hear so first hand experience with using it.

If it is promising to change your Google ranking or get you more traffic, and it’s not going to re-write your web site to make the content better… then it’s a scam.
The only way to get more traffic to your web site is to make the site better. You can pay for ads, but if your site sucks, you will be wasting your money because the ad place would charge you when somebody clicks the ad, and if your site sucks, you still have to pay that, even if the user hits the back button. Good content prevents that from happening. If you don’t have that… millions of dollars can’t help your web site.
30 bucks a year is “worth a try” though.
never used it. but to my knowledge using good meta tag’s would be just as good. ask yourself, how many pay site link’s do you actually click on when visitng a site.
don’t listen to nino meta tag’s will help search engine’s find you. i have ton’s crawling my site daily and all i use is meta tag’s. never pay for a search engine to crawl your website. they do that already for free.
No. Find a software to submit your website to search engines, like google, yahoo, ..etc and keep updating your website, a blog will be a good idea and watch your rank going up without Traffic Blazer. If you got $30 to waste, I would recommend to give it to people who are in needs.
