Is It Possible To Have A Domain Name Without Webspace For The Sole Purpose Of Re-directing?

I just want a website to direct my customers to my cafepress store… how can I do this?
Also, if i’d do this, and place the URL a search engine, can I get the search engine to use the contents of the re-directed site?
