Yes you can do it, you need to change name server from your control panel of godaddy, the name server is that one you get from your hosting provider,
After inserting the name server you will be able to host it on some other site.

Your registrar can be one and host on another company’s server.
You have to point the name server on the registrar’s control panel after you have signed up with the host server.
