Sure would beat thinking one up on your own and working to make it so, wouldn’t it?
Log onto the computer hosting the site, compress it into a tar.gz or .zip file, download the file, place it onto your new location, extract it.
If you don’t own the location where it’s currently at, ask them to send you it. If you own a new domain and want for your domain to go to the same web site, (say, you want yourname.net to go to yourname.com which you already run) you can just make your domain point at the original location where it’s already at, and set up the web server to treat the .net the same as the .com, or else have a redirect to the .com.
Is there any specific reason why you want to do that? That’s copyright infringement if you don’t have permission from the original webmaster.
You can do that by saving every page, page by page, or if you have access to the website’s FTP server, you can connect to it and mass-download all of the documents.
