I’m looking for a free website builder that allows me to input a “javascript/css” html code for me to show my order form. Also, once you have a business online, do you need any requirements such as “business permits and/or business taxes”?

The tasks you must perform can all be done with BlueHost, easily that is.http://www.bluehost.com/
But I believe you want to create a E-commerce website where
1. You want to display a Product or products in categories.
2. You want a payment gateway using which credit card transactions can be made or you can call the customer and ask them for order confirmation after they fills up a form.
I will let you in a little secret…OPEN SOURCE…CMS…
All you need is a domain name and hosting with php+mySQL and install a classified CMS that is opensource such as Noah’s Classifieds http://classifieds.phpoutsourcing.com
or my favorite EXPONENT http://www.exponentcms.org
You can also try Joomla Classifieds.
All you have to do is install the CMS and you are good to go.
But if you have CSS and Javascript codes that takes you to a payment gateway. Then you only need a WYSIWYG editor like Adobe Dreamweaver or Microsoft Expression web. Create Pages add Javascript and Upload them…Done…
Open source alternative is http://www.aptana.com/
If you want something professional, then Microsoft Office Live Small Business is a great solution. It has a very good free website designer and you are getting technology for large companies to work for your small business. It also has other things included as well, such as free email, form designer, contact manager, team workspace, etc. This is a free service and Microsoft is offering a free domain name (i.e. yourdomain.com) for the first year. If you need help with website building, there is a great support forum there to help you out. Try it out:http://www.dpbolvw.net/jp79y3B-7APTQSVQS…
Unfortunately most professional web designers make a living parleying their trade on commission. A good friend would help you for cheap or free most likely, but you’ll be hard pressed to find anyone who is any good to do it pro bono unless your website is supporting a good cause (I suggest “Ham for the Homeless”) and even then…they’d most likely offer their talents to the parent organization.
I’d do it for ham, but only the good cuts.
There aren’t any free webhosting sites that will allow you to have your domain name for free. You will have to purchase hosting and the domain name for a fee…
However here are some cheap hosting sites you should check outhttp://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?B=99398&… – cost $37 for the year, you get 1 page, 1 blog and 1 message board… $12/year and to create your own domain name is $25 for a total of $37 for the year. here is what it looks like http://www.isuper-starlet.com
bravenet.com – prices start at $12 monthly
