You can also try Joomla Classifieds.
All you have to do is install the CMS and you are good to go.
But if you have CSS and Javascript codes that takes you to a payment gateway. Then you only need a WYSIWYG editor like Adobe Dreamweaver or Microsoft Expression web. Create Pages add Javascript and Upload them…Done…

If you want something professional, then Microsoft Office Live Small Business is a great solution. It has a very good free website designer and you are getting technology for large companies to work for your small business. It also has other things included as well, such as free email, form designer, contact manager, team workspace, etc. This is a free service and Microsoft is offering a free domain name (i.e. yourdomain.com) for the first year. Unfortunately most professional web designers make a living parleying their trade on commission. A good friend would help you for cheap or free most likely, but you’ll be hard pressed to find anyone who is any good to do it pro bono unless your website is supporting a good cause (I suggest “Ham for the Homeless”) and even then…they’d most likely offer their talents to the parent organization.
I’d do it for ham, but only the good cuts.
