You registered a domain with godaddy, but you need also the hosting from them. Check their plans: http://www.hosttell.com/godaddy You can pay monthly if you don’t want to pay upfront. Then you can use Fantastico to install Wordpress and you can choose between thousands of templates.

As you may know a domain name is just a name, not a real website. If you are going to create your website: 1- Buy a domain name. To get a domain name, you have to pay an annual fee to a registrar for the right to use that name. 2- Buy a web hosting service to provide your online space and enable you to get your website online at your purchased domain name.
Now tou need a web host providing PHPBB. If you’re going to create a forum site at your own domain without any forced ads, you need a web host providing forum tools (phpbb or vbulletin).
One of these services is reachable at: http://bluehost-service.atspace.com . Their service is really great and easy to use. You can register a free domain with them, or get your existing domain names hosted by them.

the look of the site is done through CSS. If you would like to look at their CSS style sheets you can easily view it with FireFox and the CSSMate extension.
if I was interested in some of their graphics I would see the location in the stylesheet…

you could then right click on it and save it.

You need a host ing account if you have not already got one then you need to install phpbb, I think Godaddy has a fantastico style installer so it will be simple to setup, the template is another matter but you can find many free phpbb templates online

Well did u just buy the domain from them or did u also buy hosting?
Dont make a templete, learn some PHP, that will have tabs and stuff that load quick
