I dont use that for my hosting but I would say there has to be probably some online website builder somewhere. You can try contacting that sites support or webmaster. Otherwise, they may not offer an online site builder and you are responsible for creating and uploading content.

Normally, a hosting company do not provide html editor online for you to create web page.
You will need to get a html editor to create your page.
