I am looking for an new hosting company after the horrible experience I am having with my current one.
I am really interested in company offering a reliable uptime and support. My sites relies heavily on database and so on. Any hosting company is going to have some bad reviews, just imagine having 100,000 customers, the ones that do have a bad time are usually the most vocal.
I’ve used hostgator and bluehost/hostmonster, either will work fine for a basic hosting account.
