Okay So…have I Done Everything To Open My Online Store?

I will be emailing them when I get the site up
My uncle is paying for it
im going to use

now I guess I need someone to tell me all what to do
I plan on saleing clothing and well…
oh yeah do I need to contact someone so I dont have to keep the Items being sold?
If so who do I contact?
Me my uncle and 2 or 3 friends are going to be running this
what job should they get?
it will only be 5 of us at the most
I want my uncle the head of it all
anything else please tell me
and I know it is not as easy as I just made it sound
I am still working on it do I dont really wanna go into details
until im 100% okay with everything

    First if you still haven’t bought hosting also check one of these: http://www.webhostingtable.com The same company that owns Bluehost also has a newer brand Hostmonster which is a bit cheaper at the moment. Also Powweb has the great offer right now a 50% off ($3.88/month).
    All of these companies offer one click install of a couple of e-commerce solutions like OsCommerce, so you can just install it, choose a theme that you like and start adding products. Shopping cart is included, and everything is really easy to setup.

    You need to go and talk to the Small Business Administration or take a couple of classes in businesss. If you start a business and you dont know what you are doing you can mess yourself up. Sole proprietorship or corporation for taxes? Who owns company? Employees or not?

    1 Get biz lic.Or tradename cert. depending on were you live.
    # 2 Open biz account (small) maybe $100 or less depending on bank.
    #3 Get .com with certs.,email Go Daddy best for this.then tranfer .com to your hosting.Go Daddy will tell how.
    #4 Study your key words,learn some HTML.as you need to setup site map for goggl e to index.Learn what headers and so forth are to do good SEO.Very important. Research and more Research,Never ends Also get a good autoresponder.and watch out for that spaming (dont) get double opin.To cover yourself.
    # 5 Recheck everything and then some. Good luck
