like when youre on one page and you click a link to the next, i cant figure out how to make that next page!

Create an HTML page. Save it with a unique name with the .html extension. Upload it to your site. Make a link on your home page to the new file.
If you have a link on your index page that points to “dogs.html”, then you need to create a file called “dogs.html” with the content you want coded on it. Then upload it to your site.
