Contact them about hosting plans or if they can direct you to a hosting company. Before you host with anyone, ask if they have an application available that will allow you to build your website from within your hosting account. Most hosting companies have this and it will let you build your site without knowing too much about the technical stuff to build a website.
As far as uploading, some programs like Frontpage, let you upload in a certain way. Other programs like Dreamweaver let you use FTP. You need to find out how your particular program let’s you upload files—most are FTP. If yours is FTP, your hosting account will have a FTP function and most likely instructions on how to set your program up to upload your files. Since this is the most common way of uploading files, just search your application’s help file or ask the host directly for help.
