Hello,
I have suffered from downtime with my old US web host,
so I have opened 2 new accounts in 2 different Europe hosts,
because I want 100 up-time .
I have configured my domains in namecheap like that :
ns1.germenserver.de
ns1.ukserver.co.uk
ns2.germenserver.de
ns2.ukserver.co.uk
Is it ok ? This will get me close to 100 up time in case of host failure ?
Do google likes that ?
Other thing what is the easiet way to synchronize the 2 cpanel accounts in the 2 hosts ?

I suggest you to use DNS services ( for example dnsmadeeasy.com ) to get 100% uptime rather than you configure the different name servers. Google will surely not like it.
If you want to synchronize the 2 cpanel accounts then you need services of a web developer who knows about cpanel/whm so that he can make a custom script for you.
