I currently have a website hosted by StartLogic but their Customer Service and Technical Support can only be reached if I call at 3:00 – 5:00 o’clock in the morning. Also, they recently upgraded and now I can no longer edit my website. Can anyone recommend a reliable webhost provider based on the following: $9.95 a month or below, an easy Site Builder, email capability, ecommerce capability, at least 10 pages included in the monthly pricing, and helpful Customer Service and Technical Support personnel that can be reached at a reasonable hour.

If you want something reliable and profesisonal, Microsoft Office Live Small Business is a great solution. It has everything you need – free email, ecommerce add-on and a free, easy to use web designer tool which allows you to create a website without the need to know how to do HTML/CSS coding. This is a free service and Microsoft is offering a free domain name (i.e. yourdomain.com) for the first year. Support is responsive and if you need help, the Office Live community can give you a lot of support.Try it out:http://www.tkqlhce.com/dc100iqzwqyDHEGJE…

Has the Joomla installer for easy site maintenance. Has ZenCart installer.
However, you may be happier with GoDaddy’s Web site Tonight or e-commerce products.http://www.godaddy.com
I’d say
Godaddy.com and 1and1.com were pretty good for me. 1and1.com from what I’ve experienced so far have 24/7 technical support and pretty much can answer any of your questions.
