I just hired someone to build a website I have with godaddy.com, and I will be hosting with them as well.
But I am trying to give him FPT access account so that he can start working on it, I don’t know how to do that/how to do it on godaddy.
Will someone help me out?

I think you mean FTP access. You need to go into the account manager and add him as an FTP user. If you are using the linux hosting you can add multiple FTP users, but with windows hosting you can only have one. The menu system on godaddy sucks and is convoluted. I will try and give you directions on how to get were you need to get. I use linux hosting so I can only give you the instructions for linux hosting.
With the linux hosting you first log in. Then click on the my accounts link. On the left will appear a panel with a My Products section. In this section will be a Hosting Account List link. Click on that and it will show you a list of all your hosted accounts.
Next to this list there will be a link that says something like Manage Account. Click that link and it will take you to the account manager.
When the account manager comes up, you can add a new FTP user under the settings section. After you add that user they should be able to access your site and begin uploading pages.
