Publishing A Site From Iweb, To A Purchased Domain Name…?

Category: FAQ   Time: 2009-12-11   Tags: , , , , , ,

If I publish an iWeb made site to a personal domain name (from GoDaddy for example), are my files hosted on my iDisk? Or do I need to purchase hosting space from GoDaddy?
I would really like it if I could just keep all my files on my iDisk and just have that domain name instead of the web.mac.com/ address

You can forward your domain to your existing Web site. When visitors go to the domain you forwarded, their web browser automatically forwards them to the URL you specified: web.mac.com/address
Free Forwarding / Masking is available with every domain on GoDaddy or http://www.JordanSoft.com
