After having two domains snatched by godaddy.com , I am wondering if there is an safe way to search for available domain names? Also, is there a way to search for multiple domain names rather than one at a time?

The Temecula Valley Domains website has a good look-up feature. Its at http://www.TemeculaValleyDomains.net Just look-up the domain you have in question, if it is available it will let you know, and if it is taken it will give you the owner information.
try http://www.4clickdesigns.com I checked my domain there for two months before buying it from them, if that’s not safe, I don’t know what is.
Enjoy!
if its a .com, .net, .tv or .cc domain name you can search the Registry WHOIS at http://www.verisign.com/whois.
For other types of domain names you might try visiting the registry sites for those domain names. You can find a list of the different top level domain names (TLDs) on IANA’s site at http://www.iana.org and a link to the registries for those domain names. Registires do not generally act as registrars and would not care to log whois results to ’snatch’ domain names. They are also the absolute authority on what is actually available at the time of the lookup
U can use Yahoo to look up domains they are safe and reliable. I am not sure to search for multiple domains though. I have not seen that in the past.
Now if u want to know who snatched ur domains u use DNS Stuff and search were it says whois there it will tell u who owns it.
Do a WHOIS lookup on the domain.
bulk search, and it’s safe here… https://www.securepaynet.net/gdshop/regi…
