The computer you’re using now. Install PHP, Apache, MySQL and all the other software you need and host your own site. It might take you a week or two to get everything working just right, but then you can run any software you need. (The web stuff – Apache, MyuSQL, PHP – you can get in any WAMPP package, like XAMPP. It’s all free. Or get a cheap computer, load Linux on it and do the same thing.)
