is the domain name you want going to confuse or lead people to believe that you are a part of that company?

That is a very tough call without knowing all of the facts. Most companies are extremely aggressive about protecting their brand. If your name/logo/site design is remotely close to another company’s image, then you could well receive a cease and desist order, should they find out. This is especially true if it apparent that your reason for including that name was to mislead people or if you are using the site to post negative information about the other company.
