You can create a Downloads folder or you can make one by running Bodyshop – the act of firing up the programme forces the creation of a Downloads folder.
However, please make sure you read ALL the documentation with Inteen. It’s a very complex hack and if you just dump all the files in Downloads it will not work for you. Several of the flavour packs conflict with each other – it’s Either this one OR that one. You need to understand that and set the mod up properly and you also need to make sure you download the correct version for your game set up. I’m sorry if that sounds patronising but you’re someone who can’t create a folder in My Documents and you’re trying to do something far more complicated with Inteen. Inteen isn’t for the faint-hearted or technically-challenged. BTW, I’d keep all the files together in a sub-folder, not loose in Downloads.
mycomputer/C drive/documents and settings/ computer’s owner/my documents/Eagames/sims/downloads
that should help a little
