Hi,
I use bluehost as my web hosting service which supports multiple dimains. I’v started my first website with my primary domain name domain1.com over 3 months. Lately I purchased another domain name in the name of domain2.com via bluehost.
How can I create a new folder on my file manager section to upload my new web pages on my domain2.com?
BlueHost support team told me refer to addon section to do that. But when doing their instructions a subdomain in the same name of domain2 is created as a subdomain of domain1! When I remove this sub-domain, the contents of my domain2.com is also deleted.
How can I create a folder to upload my web pages at my second domain, without creating a sub-domain with same name on my primary domain name?
Since the contents of my second website is different from my first website, I don’t want to have its contents on my first site, specially its managing will be confusing!
Thanks

Just because you have two domain names doesn’t mean you can host the second one on the original domain name. It doesn’t work that way.
All names on the main domain name are sub-domains which can be referred to separately. The files for your sub-domains will be hosted along with the main one you purchased hosting for. If you want the others separate, you have to purchase another hosting so the files will have their own directory structure.

Buy domain and add the domain in your web hosting account , you might have to upgrade your web hosting .
