I wouldn’t go with a large company as they oversell. I would recommend TMZ Hosting, great uptime and excellent support 24/7. Also they have really fast servers.

To be honest all of those companies bs you. You cannot achieve the bandwidth or disk space that they give you. I went through all of them except go daddy and I got out after the first month. Then i found Phynom. They are the best because what they give you (disk space, bandwidth, and mysql so on) you can actually use. You wont get suspended have way through and lose customers/business/traffic.

I can’t really choose from those and the sites mentioned by others. Just a tip, before choosing which ever of the sites, review first what they can give you. This way, you will have knowledge about the features and if what they are saying is true. Or you can compare different providers to choose which of them suites what you need. There is no best web hosting service. First off bluehost and hostmonster are the same company and yahoo sucks as they are so big and don’t know what support is.
Blue/hostmonster are good but cheap so expect what you pay for.
Some other good cheap ones are
hostgator.com
uk2.net
lunarpages.com
any of those 3 i use and for $10 bucks a month its a great deal.

I am using bluehost webhosting for my web site since its inexpensive and reliable . I signedup with bluehost webhosting seven months back and i am very satisfied with bluehost webhosting.I have not faced any problem with bluehost yet , FTP access is fast and reliable , my website is loaded fast, and i have not experienced any downtime yet. I can’t tell you which is best because I haven’t used all three, but the reason I haven’t used all three is because I have used Hostmonster for about 2 years now, and haven’t had a single problem, therefore haven’t felt the need to change.
My recommendation would be hostmonster, its good value, good support and a very good package.
