Does any one out there have an account with ‘Godaddy’?
If so, do you have trouble accessing your email? I haven’t been able to get into this account for a couple of weeks now. And like 30mins ago I couldn’t even get the site to open at all?
None of the ’solutions’ they’ve sent me to try are working!
Them or me?

I was having issues with my webmail account last night with GoDaddy and gave them a call. They said their webmail servers were down, but I checked my email all day today without any problems.
If this has been on ongoing problem with you before last night I would contact customer support (480-505-8877) on the phone and have them walk you through your issue. If they cannot resolve it you can ask them to escalate the issue to their supervisor.
When you call be sure to have your Account Pin (usually a 4 digit code) or the last four digits of the credit card on file. Without this information they will not be able to help you with in-depth questions or issues on your account. When you speak with them be as descriptive as possible about your problem including the domain name you are having problems with and exactly what you have done so far to troubleshoot the issue.
GoDaddy phone support is better than the web board support via email. The web board support will normally just give you canned answers unless you get a good employee. With phone support you are speaking directly to a live person, in the United States, who will be able to work with you to resolve your problem.
