What Can I Do With This Racist (probably Fake) Police Officer And Protect Myself? (please Read These Emails)?

I had no clue when this guy email me and told me that I am a hacker who tried to hack into his paypal account. He did this only after he actually hacked my website (!!). I spent hours contacting the hosting company and they were supportively helping me out and trace his IP down. He sent this email to my website support email address which is in Vietnamese on the bottom of the webpage at the contact us link. And he sent me right after the website is hacked and shut down for protection by the hosting company. I don’t know what to do with this obnoxious, shameless and racist person. Please help!!!
These are the emails I’ll put them in order: I will not my and his real names on here… but can I?
“Hey M.L.!! You still want my PayPal sign on information?…..LOL……What a ******* dumb little chink jackass!!! If you were as good at hacking, and phishing as you were at sucking little yellow Chinese *****, you might have gotten away with it!!!…..LMAO What a dumb little slant eyed slope head you are!!!

And here I replied him very politely:

Hi Mr. T.T.
First of all, I want to assure you that I had never done such a horrible thing that is attempting to hack into your Paypal account. I’d like to hear more from you about this since this sounds like an ID thief to me. Perhaps someone stole my identity and did such a bad thing. It’s very helpful of you if you can provide me more details so that I can report this to the Law Enforcement. You can reply to this email and please keep me posted.
Secondly, let me say this in the best peaceful way I can find that I am not Chinese and I hate the Communist China as much as you do, Mr. Th. I also understand how angry you were when you found some “jackass” trying to hack your Paypal authentication information. The same thing happened to me 3 days ago when an a$$hole trying to hack my website and he failed miserably by posting some funny code in to my well-protected website. Instead of deleting his stupid code, I left it on the shoutbox to let him know that he couldn’t do anything else to hurt the site. Since I did not call for help, the hosting company protected me by turning off the website to prevent it from further attacks. The funny thing is that the stupid clown hacked my website with his IP NOT being hidden. My supportive hosting company Hostmonster.com traced that sucker down by his IP and told me he currently lives some where in Detroit, Michigan state and they are investigating on this case; they assured me that they WILL report this funny hacker clown to the police as soon as they find out.
Finally and personally, you should watch your words and keep an eye on your negative manner against other minorities since we can report you for your hate speech, racism, discrimination and hate crime which are ILLEGAL in our beloved United States of America. As a proud American I found your words very shameful as they are from another fellow American! In addition, I bet you do NOT dare to say such hateful words to our fellow African American or other minorities since you think Asian American will never speak up for themselves. You are wrong Mr. Th because we do speak up for ourselves and we will report any crimes. Americans don’t let Americans do wrong things! Moreover, what would Jesus do if He was in your situation? I was not angry because I remembered what Jesus always said: “Father, forgive them, because they don’t know what they’re doing”

Please, by all means report me to the authorities for ethnic intimidation!! I think that I am secure in my actions, as I was a police command officer for 23 years for a large governmental agency, and know completely what I am doing! First of all, you dumb ***, I have never seen or met you, so I have no idea what nationality you actually are, so how could I commit and ethnic intimidation? If you are not Chinese, how could this be ethnic intimidation? Next, under current State and Federal statutes, I have not made any threats of violence, assault, or anything else you ******* moron, which is also required under the law, in order to violate the elements of an ethnic intimidation!! So, you can take your little Chinese, Vietnamese, ****** or whatever the **** you are *** down to your local police department, and tell them that you were intimidated by an email, during which I did not have the ability to harm or intimidate you, nor did I have the opportunity to harm or intimidate you, nor did I place you in any jeopardy of harm or intimidation!! If using a racial slur was against the law, then everyone that has ever told an ethnic joke would be in prison, you rice eating
