		<description>Sounds like you might be in over your head!  Adobe Dreamweaver, Microsoft FrontPage, MS Word (blegh!), or a good ol&#039; notepad will give you editing capabilities, you&#039;ll either need to upload it with their file manager or FTP.  WordPress is a bit hard to install if you don&#039;t know how to manage a remote filesystem and/or create a MySQL database.  Sometimes hosts like HostMonster will have Fantastico installed which automates the process for you, but it&#039;s not always easy...  Consult your local web geek or hire me to do it :-)</description>
