When you register a domain through godaddy.com, they give you a “parking” page until you create a website to go with it. In today’s world, most people seem to associate “domain name” with “website”, so if you had a domain without a website, many people would think the domain didn’t exist.
Basically, the “parking” page is there to say “this domain exists, but doesn’t have a website yet”.

This usually means that the domain has expired.
Until the owner of the domain renews the domain, it should work perfectly again.
