What does this mean? What’s the soloution?
User may not:

    It’s shared hosting. It means that one server has maybe a hundred of sites (or even more) and if someone has some script that uses too much resources it will affect all these other sites on the server and make them slow. That’s why administrators will shut down that site in order too make sure that everyone else’s sites run fine. It’s the same for the cron jobs.
    But don’t worry too much about that. Since you asked this question it means that you don’t have a site with hundreds of thousands monthly visitors which means that any shared host will do, and you don’t have to spend a lot more money ($100+/month) for a dedicated host right away.
    Just use any shared host to start hosting your site, and when your site outgrows your host you can always move to a more expensive one.
