You cant put a website on that domain. You must have at least one hosting account to put your website on before you can direct a domain to it.
If you look at it like this:
Person > Domain > Web Server > Website
—
Bob > http://www.bob.com > ns1.bluehost.com > YOUR WEBSITE! YAY!
Hope this helps,

you have a few options…
1. you can use godaddy to host for you.
2. you can transfer your domain to a different provider.
3 you can host your own domain on your computer using apache or if you have iis you can be your own host. (you need to have a static IP to do this, unless you have a dns service)
so you pick. If you decide to do nothing you can sell your domain. I know alot of people that just setup the smallest hosting you can buy and just advertise on it. you will not get rich but its better then nothing.
If you are going to register a domain then the best way to register a domain for free is to purchase your domain and webhosting together. In this way it is possible to get your domain for free. Some webhosting companies offer this as a gift . I am using bluehost webhosting for minehttp://www.bluehost.com/track/bluehostwe…
