I am currently using arlegallery, and curious if anyone knows any thing better?
I tried coppermine, but my hosting provider (godaddy) doesn’t allow me to choose the directory I want it in (which would be behind a password protected directory).
Curious what “everyone else” is using and how it’s working…

I’m a bit curious myself because I’m using GoDaddy and Coppermine on two different sites. Are you using the automatic install? I did have some problems using that, but doing the manual install with the software from the Coppermine site worked fine.
You may want to try asking on the Coppermine support forum. They have some knowledgeable people who should be able to help you get whatever the problem is fixed. Good luck!
I actually purchased a Flash based template that works better than coppermine. Try one of these out and see if you like it, they are easy to update and to configure.http://www.winkletwebdesign.com/
I used it on mine here http://www.yourcherishedmemories.com if you want a preview.
