What Languages Would I Need To Learn To Make A Text Based Mmorpg?

Ok so i want to make a mmorpg, i know some HTML and PHP i have my own website hosted at hostmonster(would this be a decent host?) i would like to make a non graphic mmorpg with
Shops,PVP,Items(Armour, weapons,vehicles(you would need a certain amount of stats to be able to buy)Jobs(you get X money daily(you need to apply for a job witch would require your stats)
Stats(whitch would decide the out come of a battle, accuracy,speed,evasiveness,attack defense)[Speed=how many times you hit before your enemy hits|||Accuracy,VS,evasiveness= if evasiveness is higher then the enemy/players accuracy they miss 80% of the time, every 1M that your energy is higher then there’s it drops 1%|||Well you get the basic idea a good example of this is

    First, learn programming (the only ;anguage involved in that is English). Try http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/0…
    Then learn game design – nothing to do with computers, learn how games are designed. (Monopoly is one of the most successful games ever developed and it has nothing to do with computers.)
    Then you’ll need HTML, CSS, Javascript, php, SQL and, if you want to make it a little smoother, AJAX.
