Id go for the second one because of the graphics card and im assuming that there sli [joined together so they work together and give better graphics] if it isn’t [which i doubt] then id go for the first one. Also the Geforce 9800GT is better than the 8800GT. However i dont recall ever seeing a 1024MB 9800gt [except the GTX] so id say that its 1024MB total between the two.

I would stay clear of both makes, as they both suppliers make it very difficult to upgrade in the future..
If i had to pick one of the two I would go for the Packard Bell.

2nd one, Packard but there reputation isnt that wll known in the ganing market but the DELL machine is more established and solid reputation. Have a look on MESH website too or read some reviews on the manufacturer first.

Both of them are completely powerful, but i would go for the first one. Which ever one you finally choose will not be a bad choice. Good-luck
