The is no good answer to your question other than haggling as I have suggested.  If the price is too high see if you can get the name you want as name.net, name.biz, etc.</description>

		<description>You can have the domain name valued at GoDaddy.com.   I would take that value and divide it in half (because all of the values I have seen are way too high).   
They are an online domain auction site and they track going rates on domain names based on factors including search popularity, international recognition, etc.</description>
