My advice would be to set up your own website at http://www.terapad.com , then get your own domain name when you are ready. Terapad is free but domain names aren’t. You can link your domain name to your Terapad web page. For example, my terapad site is http://justindean.terapad.com , but I also have the domain name http://www.justindean.com . When you are ready to register your own domain name try enom.com .. Best of luck … :-)

http://www.godaddy.com/ is probably the best one.

Angelfire is compleatly free but it has pop-ups and banners. Go Daddy cost just a few dollars but without the pop-ups and banners.

i use namecheap.com and godaddy.com all the time. they are both reputable companies and you can rely on them for great customer and technical help.
