    Hello,
Once you have uploaded your site and linked your domain name to it, you will want to submit your URL to the major search engines: Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc.
You will also want to become very familiar with Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This page will get you started.http://www.google.com/support/webmasters…
    Good Luck!

Domain names don’t show up in search engines, web pages do. If you purchase a domain name and create a functional web site, it will eventually show up on search engines. You can also submit it to search engines yourself to speed up the process.
