I spent lots of time searching for Free Domain but I can’t find anything unless you avail some webhosting package with free domain registration.
and for creating web pages you need to learn basic HTML, PHP, SQL, ASP, JAVA, etc… or you can use “dreamweaver, frontpage, or notepad” for page design (by using these software you can create page design like you are making a line on a piece of paper).
The home page must be named index.html then you can name the rest of the page what ever you want then upload then into your web hosting server inside “public_html” folder either using “Smart FTP” software (drag and drop basis) that can be downloaded at “download.com” or directly through their server (one by one file upload)
