Domains you have to pay for. If your ISP offers Web site facilities (like some do) why don’t you use that? That’s free up to a certain size.

I really recommend not going the free domain route, buy your domain and keep is separate from your hosting company. Why? You don’t want your hosting company to control your domain because many of them will hold you hostage to their service with it. Buy your domain from godaddy.com and then go get cheap hosting with one of the below hosts.
