It all depends on your requirements and preferences.
Joomla is an offshoot of Mambo, so they are quite similar, even to the point of sharing some templates. The other two are quite different.
If you are a serious webmaster, you owe it to yourself to spend at least a full day with each product. Find out which one you prefer to work with. Find out which one has the features you need for your specific sites.
“The devil is in the details,” as they say. No one else is going to be able to tell you which is best for you without knowing much, much, much more about what you’re going to use them for.
