I wouldn’t recommend their Economy plan, but I would the Deluxe plan. They’re Ok, but there are some better offers right now.
I recommend one of these: http://www.hosttell.com/
Powweb has the best offer right now. It’s on a 50% sale – $3.88/month ($46.56/year), and you get a free domain from them. (like http://www.yourwebsite.com)
Godaddy doesn’t offer a free domain, but you can get one for $2.19 if you’re buying hosting from them, plus you can get 20% discount on any plan with a coupon code.

I’ve been a GoDaddy customer for a couple years, and am very happy. They have great customer service too.
I build my own sites and use their free hosting and domain service.
Zero complaints.

I have registered a number of domains through them, with no issues. One was transferred to me from another godaddy user, the switch was seamless.
